The NHS Forth Valley Health Board is managing vaccinations for our practice patients up to date information can be found here.
Patients can book both telephone and face to face consultations. To request an appointment, please contact us by telephone. Lines are open between the hours of 08:30 and 18:00.
Our reception staff will ask what type of appointment you would like to book and request a short history. This is to ensure that they can navigate you to the best route of care.
To help us meet patient demand we retain a number of appointments which can only be booked on the day. For this reason, if the appointment diary is full our reception staff may ask you to call back the following morning to secure one of these on the day appointments.
Please note that all patients will be asked to bring with them a face mask for face to face consultations. This is to help ensure that we can prioritise both patient and staff safety. Patients who do not wish to wear a face mask will be kindly asked to wait outside the practice. This may also be the case for any patients displaying viral symptoms.
Please do not attend the practice if you have any symptoms suggestive of coronavirus and call us to rearrange. Your appointment may be converted to a telephone call from the clinician.
We will be adapting to a rapidly changing situation on a day to day basis and if you require medical advice you should contact us by phone and your call will be directed appropriately. The phone lines may be more busy than usual. Please ensure that your contact numbers are up-to-date as some new announcements may come as text messages.
It is important to note that the Practice is still open. If you require medical advice then you will be given an appointment to speak with a clinician and they will arrange for you to be seen if required.
We would like to thank you for your understanding and co-operation at this time. As the situation develops we will update accordingly.
If you believe that you are suffering from the symptoms of COVID-19 and require medical care due to the nature of your illness you can contact NHS 24 on 111.
If you are having difficulty accessing the service you may call us directly in hours and if we suspect COVID-19 and that you require medical treatment we can forward your details to the local COVID-19 triage service who if appropriate can arrange for you to be seen. If your illness is life-threatening please call 999.
If you are required to self isolate and require a note for your employer you may complete an isolation note here. A note form your GP is not required.
