Booking System

Patients can book both telephone and face to face consultations. To request an appointment, please contact us by telephone. Lines are open between the hours of 08:30 and 18:00.

Our reception staff will ask what type of appointment you would like to book and request a short history. This is to ensure that they can navigate you to the best route of care.

To help us meet patient demand we retain a number of appointments which can only be booked on the day. For this reason, if the appointment diary is full our reception staff may ask you to call back the following morning to secure one of these on the day appointments.

Please note that all patients will be asked to bring with them a face mask for face to face consultations. This is to help ensure that we can prioritise both patient and staff safety. Patients who do not wish to wear a face mask will be kindly asked to wait outside the practice. This may also be the case for any patients displaying viral symptoms.

Pre-booked appointments

Please do not attend the practice if you have any symptoms suggestive of coronavirus and call us to rearrange. Your appointment may be converted to a telephone call from the clinician.

We will be adapting to a rapidly changing situation on a day to day basis and if you require medical advice you should contact us by phone and your call will be directed appropriately. The phone lines may be more busy than usual. Please ensure that your contact numbers are up-to-date as some new announcements may come as text messages.

It is important to note that the Practice is still open. If you require medical advice then you will be given an appointment to speak with a clinician and they will arrange for you to be seen if required.

We would like to thank you for your understanding and co-operation at this time. As the situation develops we will update accordingly.
